One of our differentiators is how we engage with current and potential customers. Sure, we want to sell Carpathia Hosting services to every enterprise and federal agency that requires managed hosting services, but we believe that adding value and educating our customers and prospects is the best way to engage with them, before and after they become customers. We feel strongly that companies that are willing to put real effort into understanding their customers’ businesses and their IT initiatives (versus just trying to sell them something as quickly as possible) typically provide better customer service after the ink on the contract has dried.
To that end, I’d like you all to save the date for our first ever Virtual Solutions Exchange – a free, one-day online conference dedicated solely for the purposes of providing information, best practices and thought leadership on hosting industry topics, ranging from cloud solutions to complex, compliance-oriented hosting solutions to traditional managed hosting services.
The event will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2011 – beginning at 9:00am EDT. It will feature a total of eight different sessions, covering many of the key topics related to managed hosting. Our goal is to educate while also demonstrating how enterprises and federal agencies can benefit from working with Carpathia.
Each track will be offered twice through the day to ensure convenience for all interested in attending. Each session will run for 45 minutes and include live Q&A at the end of each presentation. Attendees are welcome to join any session at any time.
